The circular outlines the revised schedule of fees for issuing Development Plan (DP) and Town Planning (TP) remarks by the Development Plan Department. The updated rates are applicable for the financial year from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. The revision includes charges for both online and offline issuance of DP and TP remarks, sale of DP/TP forms, certified copies, and additional letters. Fees are specified based on paper size for DP remarks and include applicable taxes. The circular also provides revised charges for revalidation of Letter of Intent (LOI) for Development Rights Certificate (DRC). The updated rates are rounded to the next Rs. 10 for amounts above Rs. 500. All DP and Building Proposal staff are instructed to implement these revised charges from the effective date.
