In case of redevelopment under 2 regulations viz. Reg. 30/33 (7)/33 (7) (A)/33 (7) (B)/33 (24) with 33 (12) (A) /33 (12) (B) of DCPR 2034 there is upper cap limit of FSI 4 on net plot area. Also, in case of in-situ redevelopment under Reg. 33 (7) of DCPR 2034 the total FSI shall be 3.00 of gross plot area or the FSI required for rehabilitation of existing occupiers+ incentive FSI whichever is more. However, in case of clubbing of scheme as per clause 22 of Reg. 33 (7) of DCPR 2034 there is no upper cap limit of FSI on receiving plot.
