Internal staircase of minimum size 0.90m shall be insisted. Staircase area excluding the area having heights more than 1.80 m at base (area which can be used) shall be considered free of FSI by charging premium at 100% ASR. Similarly spiral staircase shall be allowed free of FSI at base level and above level by charging premium at 100% of ASR.
Lift of minimum size 0.75m X 0.75 or maximum 1.25m X 1.25m shall be allowed. (Premium for the lift is not mentioned).
Lift and staircase lobby area at floor landing level shall be counted in FSI being habitable area of this unit.
