Roof top covering either of polycarbonate sheet or of RCC slab with 1:5 slope shall be allowed for mechanical parking. This decision is taken primarily to safeguard machinery and equipment's from rain and other adverse weather conditions.
- In case of parking tower proposed in open space at a distance of minimum 1.5 mt away from CTS boundary or parking tower proposed touching to the building may be allowed to be covered at top with R.C.C. slab with slope of 1:5 in slab itself or with polycarbonate sheets as prescribed by the manufactures of the parking unit.
- In case of stack parking with mechanical device proposed on podium/parking floor wherein building line at the upper level is not projected above the said mechanical parking may be allowed to be covered by polycarbonate sheet as proposed by the manufacturer itself.
