Scrutiny fees for proposal received u/s 337/342 of MMC act: charges for residential development at Rs 860/- per 10 sqm or minimum Rs 7,990/-; for commercial development Rs 1,720/- per 10 sqm or minimum Rs 15,980/-; for industrial development Rs 1,300/- per 10 sqm or minimum Rs 12,100/-.
In case of change in user u/s 342 of MMC act: charges for residential development Rs 8,560/- ; for commercial development Rs 17,110/- ; for industrial development Rs 12.150/- .
Charges for revised proposal/ amendment without change in area for residential development Rs 201/- per 10 sqm or minimum Rs 12,100/-; for commercial Rs 416/- per 10 development sqm or minimum Rs 24,200/-; for industrial development Rs 325/- per 10 sqm or minimum Rs 18,150/-.
Revised proposal with change in area will have two components, already sanctioned area and new area to be sanctioned. Charges for the already sanctioned area shall be as per the rate mentioned in revised proposal without change in area and charges for the new area shall be as per the scrutiny fee charges. however the minimum amount to be charged for new area shall be Rs 12,100/- , Rs 24,200/- Rs 18,150/- for Residential, Commercial and Industrial user respectively.
Revalidation fees for IOD/CC within one month from the validity shall be, Rs 8,560/- for residential development, Rs 17,110/- for commercial development, Rs 12,150/- for Industrial development. (After one month but within 3 months 2 times the normal charges shall be levy and in case of extension request is made after three month, Twice the normal charges plus per month delay charge at 50% of normal charge after 3rd month shall be collected)
