Urban Development Department clarifies In response to BMC commissioner letter that, “2016 defence ministry circular is not under review and 10.0 M restrictions stands.” This means the building permits issued by the BMC are valid and shall continue to issue the permission.
However the question remains, whether defence department will issue NOC or not???
